The posting of this notice will commence on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, until Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. The Department of Environmental Protection hereby issues this Request for Qualification (RFQ) requesting Responses from qualified vendors pursuant to 62-787, Florida Administrative Code for Professional Services for Waste Management/Waste Cleanup Programs.
