Posting of Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation - Acknowledgment of this form is required and the amendment along with the Revised Attachment A-Price Sheet, must be part of the submitted bid package. Amendment No. 1 adds an Exhibit 1 to the solicitation providing clarification of cleaning areas, time frames and square footage. Posting of Questions and Responses submitted following the mandatory Site Visit. Posting of Attendees at the Mandatory Site Visit. This solicitation is to procure janitorial service for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), at the Miramar Readiness Center Site located at 5001 Flamingo Road, Miramar, Florida 33025. The services will be completed three times weekly unless otherwise noted. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, material and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
