The Department of Children and Families (Department), Refugee Services (RS) Program is issuing thissolicitation for the purpose of procuring Consolidated Services for Refugees and Entrants in Duval County (Consolidated Services). These services will be provided to assist refugees and entrants to effectively resettle and become economically self-sufficient as quickly as possible following arrival to the United States. The Department seeks to identify and negotiate with vendors capable of implementing and managing a consolidated delivery system focused on the long-term self-sufficiency and social integration of eligible populations in Duval County. The Vendor must be able to function in the role of lead agency/managing entity. The Vendor will be responsible for coordinating services to all eligible populations in the service area. The Vendor will design a consolidated delivery system by entering into subcontracts with providers in the service area. The Vendor must have the capability and capacity to subcontract with other service providers capable of delivering services.
