The State Mental Health Treatment Facilities (SMHTF) operate under a one hospital structure on three campuses. Inpatient mental health services are provided to 1,880 residents from all of Florida's 67 counties. The Department of Children and Families is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of contracting for the provision of all food services to the 1,880 residents of the three State Mental Health Treatment Facilities.
