11/15/2021: The Department hereby post Addendum 1 to revise Section 2.2, Timeline to extend the deadline for vendors to submit questions to the Department. The new deadline is November 30, 2021. The Department also reposted all ITN documents due to a Vendor Bid System error message.

The Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Risk Management, is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to obtain competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors interested in providing statewide claims and investigation services.

The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITN.

For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation, please review the attached ITN documents in their entirety.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
