DMS is pursuing this Single Source with Ring Power Systems for maintenance and repairs on backup generators for the Division of State Technology Data Center. The manufacturer’s control & configuration software is proprietary and Ring Power Systems is the only authorized Caterpillar dealer for Central and Northern Florida. They are the only authorized agent to provide full warranty support for Caterpillar customers in the Central and North Florida territory.
