The advertisement is part of the original advertisement under ITN 5903161 and is a 3rd addendum as the original advertisement closed prior to the update. See change and attachment for update.The State of Florida’s Department of Children and Families, (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency” or the “Department”) is seeking built‐out office facilities and related infrastructure for occupancy by the Agency in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida Addendum #1 provides revised/reschedule of the solicitation conference for Thursday, October 17 at 10:00 AM (see attached information on revised call in number and participation code to access). Addendum #2 answers questions posed by the offerors with attachments as listed on pg 1 of 14 of this addendum. Addendum #3 provides revised/schedule of events including start of initial meeting of evaluators. Additionally a list of attendees for the opening of replies on 12/09/19 is attached. Addendum #4 provides the bid rate spreadsheets Addendum #5 provides a shortlist of offerors that will enter into the negotiation phase. Addendum $6 provides a revised schedule of events Addendum #7 provides a revised schedule of events
