THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BIDS OR PROPOSALS, IT IS A POSTING OF AN AGENCY DECISION.PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BID OR A NO BID REPLY. ****POSTING IS VALID FOR 72 CONSECUTIVE HOURS, EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS**** The Department of Children and Families advertised through the Vendor Bid System (VBS) its desire to contract with FranklinCovey to provide a management application platform to execute an interactive strategic performance team approach called The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX). No vendors responded to the advertisement indicating the ability or desire to provide such services. Therefore, the Department intends to award a single source purchase to FranklinCovey. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this notice of intended award will commence at 10:30 AM, 6/17/2019 and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until 10:30 AM, 6/20/2019. See attached PUR 7778 document. Agency Decisions will be opened at the below address at 10:30 A.M., June 20, 2019.
