The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), Facilities Services is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to obtain competitive prices for the provision of all labor, supervision, associated hardware and materials, required permits, drawings, and equipment necessary to water proof the existing curtain wall system at DEO’s Winter Haven facility in accordance with Project Manual, CMC Project No.: 17-08064, dated February 12, 2019, prepared by Construction Moisture Consulting, Inc. The bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with the type of services that our outlined herein and in the Project Manual.“Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.”
