This is NOT a solicitation. It is a posting of an Agency Decision. Please DO NOT submit a bid or a no-bid reply.Posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. This notice of an intended decision to into a single source contract is posted in accordance with 287.057(5)(c) Florida Statutes. The Department of Revenue advertised through the Vendor Bid System from April 8, 2019 to April 17, 2019, its desire to contract with a vendor to provide consulting services for the Op-con/XPS Maintenance as denoted in the attached PUR 7778 form. Based on the advertising process, no vendors responded to the advertisement indicating an ability or desire to provide the requested services. Therefore, the Department of Revenue intends to award a single source contract to Unisoft International, Inc. d/b/a SMA Technologies. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Decision to Enter into a Single Source. Posting will commence on April 18, 2019 at 5:00pm and continue for 72 hours until April 23, 2019, at 5:00pm. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filling a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
