DCF intends to contract with a vendor to provide the Supportive Housing Community Dialogue Technical Assistance Program to all providers receiving Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)grant funding, Managing Entities, and other community supportive housing stakeholders. The program was developed by Florida Supportive Housing Coalition (FSHC) and is only available from FSHC. The program uniquely addresses local community stakeholder issues and assists communities with formulating an action plan to begin addressing local issues. See attached PUR 7776 Form Document for additional information Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described. If it is determined in writing by the agency, after reviewing any information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the agency shall: provide notice of its intended decision to enter a single-source purchase contract in the manner specified in s.120.57(3), FS.
