The Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal and Division of Investigative and Forensic Services, intends to enter into an agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. (Stanley CSS) who installed the original security systems at the Florida State Fire College campus, two district offices the DIFS, Bureau of Insurance Fraud located in Lake Wales, Florida and the DIFS, Bureau of Insurance Fraud and the Division of State Fire Marshall District Office located in Tampa, Florida. Stanley CSS will perform maintenance, updates to the monitoring software, and monitoring services for these installed systems at each of these locations.

Based on the advertising process, no prospected vendor could provide the required product. Therefore, the Department intends to award the Single Source to Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc.

Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on June 20, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until June 25, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. (ET).

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
