right to reject any or all bids.

BID POSTING DATE: No later than 3:30pm(ET) Tuesday, July 19, 2018, unless extended by

the Department for good cause.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at

10:30am (EST), at the Faver-Dykes State Park Campground check-in office, 1000 Faver

Dykes Rd., St Augustine, FL 32086. Please contact Adam Browne at (850) 245-2466, or by

e-mail at adam.browne@dep.state.fl.us, to confirm your planned attendance.

INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on June 19, 2018.

Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct

interior and exterior renovation within existing single-story building including wall partitions,

plumbing fixtures, electrical work, ceilings and finishes, as well as water supply line replacement

as indicated on the plans and details per the contract documents.

Alternate #1:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct

interior and exterior renovation within existing single-story building including wall partitions,

plumbing fixtures, electrical work, ceilings and finishes as indicated on the plans and details per

the contract documents. Contractor shall deduct from bid the cost of work for the well enclosure

area and water supply line replacement.

Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
