The Florida Department of Management Services (“Department”) invites interested vendors to submit replies to this Invitation to Negotiate (“ITN”) for a Healthcare Transparency Services Entity. The purpose of this ITN is to explore the various questions identified in this ITN and to determine, through the negotiation process, the preferred set of solutions to achieve the goals of the ITN.
