The Department of Children and Families (Department), Office of Child Welfare is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of purchasing services for the purpose of the design and re-development of the Child Protective Investigations (CPI) Pre-Service Curriculum; the development of FSFN training to be incorporated into the Pre-Service Curriculum, and the ongoing maintenance of the Child Welfare Pre-Service Curriculum (Core, Specialty tracks, and FSFN). Any entity interested in submitting a proposal must comply with any and all terms and conditions described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Any protest concerning this solicitation shall be made in accordance with subsections 120.57(3) and 287.042(2) , F.S., and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in subsection 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S
