This item was deferred from the last Cabinet meeting held June 26, 2000.

On June 29, 2000, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Advisory Council met to consider the purchase of two financial products – a bonding shortfall reinsurance product and a loan facility commitment product (liquidity facility). The Advisory Council voted against the purchase of either product. (Att. #2)
