The Department evaluated technical proposals and heard oral presentations regarding DOT-ITN-20-9104-SJ for the Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Data Exchange Platform. It is the Department’s intent to rank the shortlisted firms as follows:1. Southwest Research Institute 2. Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) 3. Panasonic Corporation of North America 4. Battelle Memorial Institute 5. SAS Institute 6. Accenture LLP A contract will be awarded to the highest ranked vendor that reaches an acceptable agreement with the Department. If negotiations fail with the first-ranked vendor, negotiations may begin with the second-ranked vendor, and so on until there is an agreement on an acceptable contract. The Department reserves the option to resume negotiations that were previously suspended. A copy of the tabulation is provided below.
