2. The Polk Charter Foundation - Academy High vs. Polk County School Board

On December 11, 2001, the Polk County School Board voted to deny The Polk Charter Foundation - Academy High Application. This appeal is brought to the State Board of Education, pursuant to Section 228.056, Florida Statutes, which includes provisions governing the appeal process for charter schools.

On December 11, 2001, the Polk County School Board voted to deny The Polk Charter Foundation - Bridgefield Academy Application.
