11/21/17- DEO hereby Post Addendum 2 - to amend Page 14, B.36.1, Tab 2-Past Performance and Experience, Item 2, Page 44, Attachment I-Evaluation Criteria, 2. Past Performance and Experience, Item 2 and to revise answer to Question 6 of the Technical Questions and Answers document. 11/20/17 - Addendum 1 is not Mandatory Requirement that requires a signature/date on the Addendum Acknowledgement Form with the Respondents return. If a Respondent fails to submit all completed documentation with its proposal, DEO reserves the right, but has no duty, to contact the Respondent by telephone for submission of this document via fax with follow up via mail. DEO hereby Post the Technical Questions and Answers & Addendum 1 DEO is requesting proposals from prospective contractors to prepare an Economic Security Report of employment and earning outcomes for degrees or certificates earned at public postsecondary educational institutions in Florida and to develop, maintain, and host a website that includes the posting of the Economic Security Report and outcome data as required in section 445.07, F.S., for online access by the general public. Such website will be linked to DEO’s “beyondeducation.org” portal which is the publicized website for this report and outcome data. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work contained in Section C. With respect to a protest of the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation, including any provisions governing the methods for ranking bids, awarding contracts, reserving rights of further negotiation, or modifying or amending any contract, the notice of protest shall be filed in writing within 72 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays excluded) after the posting of the solicitation. For purposes of this provision, the term “the solicitation” includes any addendum, response to written questions, clarification or other document concerning the terms, conditions, or specifications of the solicitation. The formal written protest shall be filed within 10 days after the date the notice of protest is filed.
