INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Friday, May 22, 2020. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to furnish and install two prefabricated vault restrooms per the contract documents.

Alternate #1: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to perform the site work necessary for the installation of two prefabricated vault restrooms per the contract documents. FDEP to purchase and coordinate the delivery and installation of the prefabricated vault restrooms.

Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.

Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.

Pursuant to Executive Order 07-126 and Section 255.252(3), F.S. the Department requires the proposed project be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable.
