FIU INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE

ITN-2020-00030 Chiller Plant Services

To obtain full-service maintenance, including all service, preventive maintenance, and repair of the (HVAC) Chiller equipment for various locations within Florida International University campuses.

The initial term of the Agreement shall be for three (3) years, with renewal options for the University in its sole and absolute discretion of two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

FIU utilizes an online electronic sourcing event portal for accepting proposals digitally. Proposals MUST BE LOADED INTO THE DIGITAL PLATFORM, hard copies will not be accepted.

DEADLINE for FIU to receive solicitation responses from Respondents is 2:00:00 PM EST - AUGUST 14, 2020. Note: No solicitation responses can be received after the Solicitation Response Due Date and time, i.e. 2:00:01 PM

Mandatory Pre-proposal Site-Visit must be scheduled. (*depending on the pandemic situation and social distancing rule changes, the site visit will be scheduled as time and safety permits). For more information please check the sourcing event in Prerequisites Section.
