The Department of Health (DOH) will receive sealed replies to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), in which Agency is seeking between 18,800 and 19,740 usable square feet (13,475 warehouse & 5,400 office/related infrastructure) space located in Palm Beach County and available for occupancy on or about October 1, 2020. Space is to be located within boundaries as outlined on Page 7 of the ITN document.

Date and Time ITN Replies will be opened: April 23, 2020 @ 1:05 pm

Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
