The College opened solicitations in response to RFP 2020-03 for Construction Manager Services on 2/1/20. The College intend to award the solicitation to the following: Allstate Construction, Inc. Childers Construction Company Cook Brothers Inc. Mad Dog Construction Omnicon Corp. Rippee Construction The posting of this Notice of Intent to Award will commence on 2/25/20 at 8:00 a.m. and continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays & weekends until 2/28/20 at 8:00 a.m. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in TCC’s Formal Protest Procedures or failure to post the bond or security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under TCC’s Formal Protest Procedures.
