The winning bidder must submit a redacted copy of your proposal to ensure we do not post any exempt or confidential information, including any proprietary confidential trade secret information of your company, and that other sensitive information that may not be trade secret but that could result in identity theft, financial fraud, etc., is identified and redacted. Information to better explain the reason for this redacted copy, is available upon request. If you do not provide a redacted copy within ten (10) business days, we will assume you do not have any confidential or proprietary information contained in your proposal, as defined by Florida law.

Please do not overlook the registration requirement as identified in the RFP so that when awarded we can process orders, contracts and payments as applicable.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3) Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
