Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking competitive sealed proposals (Proposals) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing a web-based data and visualization interface that provides complete weather forecast and post storm data, within an agreed upon timeframe, regarding Atlantic tropical cyclones (Services). Citizens intends to award a contract to one Vendor under this RFP. Other Vendors may be awarded a contract on a contingent basis in order to ensure continuity of Services if the primary Vendor is unable or unwilling to perform or meet Citizens’ needs.
