INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE

ITN-2020-00028 Strategic Real Estate Services

FIU is seeking to obtain commercial real estate services on real estate opportunities in support of the development and execution of The Florida International University Board of Trustees’ (University) real estate vision. The services may include advisory services (including research, analysis, and guidance as integral parts of the advisory services) as well as financing, program development and/or project management, and brokerage services.

The initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years, with renewal options for the University in its sole and absolute discretion of two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

DUE DATE FOR DIGITAL SUBMISSION AND HARD COPIES: Proposals must be received on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 by 2:00 P.M. EST. (Note: No solicitation responses can be received after the Solicitation Response Due Date and time, i.e. 2:00:01 p.m.).

FIU utilizes an online electronic sourcing event portal for accepting proposals digitally. Proposals MUST BE LOADED INTO THE DIGITAL PLATFORM. https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=FIU
