STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE:

This competitive solicitation and an invitation to negotiate (ITN) with The Florida International to enable FIU to enter into a contract with a Successful Respondent for University-Wide Grounds Maintenance. On-site ground service will require complete professional operations management and personnel, as well as provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and any other maintenance. The Grounds Maintenance for FIU shall cover various campus locations including Modesto M. Maidique Campus (MMC), Engineering Center (EC) and Biscayne Bay Campus (BBC), which covers an estimated area of 575 acres. The initial term of the contract will be for five (5) years from the effective date, and the University will have the option to renew for five (5) additional, one (1) year terms.
