Eastern Florida State College will received sealed bids from qualified firms for BID 19-20-02 Studio Theatre Dimming System Upgrade - KCPA. Scope of Work: Furnish and deliver, according to specifications, a Studio Theatre Dimming System for the Melbourne King Center for the Performing Arts. A Pre- Bid meeting is schedule for October 17, 2019 at 1:00pm in the rotunda of the Melbourne King Center for the Performing Arts located at 3865 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, Florida 32935. Bids will be opened on October 29, 2019 at 2:00p.m., Building #2, Room #161, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, Florida 32922. Bids will not be received after the date and time specified. Eastern Florida State College reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
