This is the Commission’s notice of its Agency Decision to award solicitation number FWC 19/20-04C to D&L Contracting, Old Town, FL. Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the posting of this Notice of Agency Decision/Award will begin September 18, 2019 at 4:45 PM, and will end 72 hours later on September 23, 2019 at 4:45 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays). Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods. Failure to file a protest within 72 hours, the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.

Pursuant to Section 287.057(23), Florida Statutes: Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
