The State of Florida Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the “Department”, requests written proposals from qualified Proposers to furnish and install fencing and install signs in specified locations along the Central Florida Rail Corridor (CFRC) within District Five. The CFRC begins approximately 2,150 ft. north of the DeLand Amtrak Station and ends approximately 265 ft. southwest of the Poinciana Boulevard grade crossing in Osceola County.
