09/06/2019 - The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), hereby post Addendum Number 1 to amend Section B.6 Calendar of Events.The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), Facilities Services is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to obtain competitive prices for the provision of all labor, supervision, associated hardware and materials, required permits, and equipment necessary to complete the roof replacement and designated repairs of the Fuller Warren Building in accordance with the Project Manual. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at DEO Fuller Warren Building located at 215 Market Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, as per the date and time specified in Section B.6, Calendar of Events. “Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.”
