The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is requesting Proposals from qualified vendors to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required for the installation, exchange and maintenance services of potable water filtration systems in the location(s) (“Work Sites”) throughout the State of Florida. Please see the attached solicitation for additional information. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
