The Department of Environmental Protection is requesting responses from qualified multiple vendors to assist the Division of Water Resource Management (DWRM), Operator Certification Program (OCP), with administering Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for professions related to Water Treatment Plant Operators, Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators, and Water Distribution System Operators.Please see the attached solicitation for additional information. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
