The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department) seeks to obtain competitive bids for paving projects within the Blackwater River State Forest located in Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties in Florida.A mandatory pre bid conference for any prospective bidder will be held at 11:00 a.m., EST, (10:00 a.m. CST) on August 29, 2019, at the Blackwater River State Forest headquarters office located at 11650 Munson Highway, Milton, Florida. Any bid received from a prospective respondent who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will not be considered.
