Citizens Property Insurance Corporation has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to request competitive sealed proposals (Proposals) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing Professional Recruitment Services (Services). Citizens is seeking to supplement existing recruitment efforts of its Talent Acquisition Team. Citizens, in its sole discretion, will request Vendors within the procured panel to provide assistance in filling Open Positions as effectively and timely as possible. These positions are commonly found within major property and casualty insurance carriers. These positions will be located throughout Citizens office locations in Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Tampa, Florida, as well as field positions within and outside the state of Florida. Citizens intends to select a group of strategic Vendors to create a panel of highly qualified resources to meet its needs. The resulting Contracts will allow Citizens to make assignments on a case-by-case basis as needs arise. The selected Vendors will be required to sign a Contract substantially with the terms, as set forth in Attachment J. Citizens cannot guarantee how much work, if any, will be allocated to a Vendor within the procured panel. The Services are more fully described in Section 2 of this RFP and Attachment J, section 3 of the Draft Agreement for Professional Recruitment Services. All Vendors should familiarize themselves with all requirements of this solicitation before submitting a Proposal.
