MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT: There will be a Mandatory Walk-Thru Visit to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the construction site Southwest Quadrant of NW 119 Ave at 41 Street, Miami, FL 33155. Respondents are required to attend in order to be eligible to submit a bid.

INQUIRY DEADLINE: Last day and time to receive communications and/or inquiries from Respondents is July 12, 2019 2:00 p.m. (EST) via Electronic Sourcing portal / Question and Answer Board.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE:

This competitive solicitation is for an invitation to bid (ITB) with The Florida International University Board of Trustees to enable FIU to enter into a contract with a Successful Respondent to provide construction services. These services will include excavation and processing of approximately 51,500 cubic yards (CY) of soil and solid waste at the property with Miami-Dade Folio Number 30-3925-000-0010 located in Southwest Quadrant of NW 119 Ave at 41st Street, Miami, FL 33155.
