The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology (OIT), needs to obtain software licenses, maintenance and support, end-user training and documentation, and installation and configuration for ADSync and the Standard Retention modules in the netDMS System from Vista Solutions Group, LP.

Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than May 15, 2019 at 2:30 PM (ET).

If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
