BID POSTING DATE: No later than 3:30PM (ET), Tuesday, April 4, 2019 unless extended by the Department for good cause.

INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on Thursday, February 21, 2019. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to remove the existing timber bridge and supports, provide complete steel truss and concrete deck designs, install the pre-fabricated steel truss, concrete decking, abutments and approaches per the contract plans, specification, and to comply with all permit conditions.

Builder’s Risk and Longshoreman’s Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.

Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
