Test equipment upgrade services

The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) desires to contract with Agilent Technologies for Hardware and software upgrade to existing GC/MS/MS 7000C Agilent Technologies instruments.Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than February 28, 2019 @ 11:30 AM (ET). If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor
