Citizens is seeking to explore available software to create automated claims adjusting billing at the fee schedule and day-rate payment level for tracking and reconciliation purposes. As a part of its due diligence in this process, Citizens is issuing this Request for Information to seek input from the marketplace to assist and inform Citizens in determining available software solutions that can streamline the billing process. Currently, Citizens utilizes invoice templates, made available to its contracted independent adjusting firms, which are manually completed by the independent adjuster. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted or used by Citizens to form a binding contract with the vendor. A future competitive solicitation may be conducted based upon the information received from this RFI.
