PUR1000-General Contract Conditions has been attached.The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for production services for the Florida Health and Life including Annuities and Variable Contracts Study Manuals.
