This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The State of Florida, Department of Management Services (DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management, requests qualifications for building envelope up-grade, replacement of windows, doors, roof system and Required associated structural improvements. Other work includes the following: Fire Alarm Replacement, Upgrade Nurse Call System, Security System Improvements at Entry to include Security Glazing, Upgrade Lighting to LED, Replace Boiler, Accommodation for a New Dishwasher, Ceiling Tile Replacements, New Storage Building Construction, and Shower Renovations.
