The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure competitive Bids, from qualified Bidders, to provide fencing materials, and inmate movement control materials and supplies at various Correctional Institutions throughout the State. The Department is issuing this solicitation to establish a new resultant Agency Term Contract (ATC).
