Posting of the Mandatory Site Visit Attendees. This solicitation is to procure lawn maintenance services for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), at the Miramar Readiness Center Site located at 5001 Flamingo Road, Miramar, Florida 33025. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded and the term of the contract will begin on or about October 15, 2018 and end on or about September 30, 2020. The services will consist of, but are not limited to, cutting and trimming of lawn grasses, bushes, shrubs, and trees and shall also include the cleaning and disposal of debris created in the process.
