INSTRUCTIONS: Documents for this bid will be available for download on June 14, 2018. Any firm desiring a Project Manual with the plans for this project may obtain directions by emailing BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us

SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to successfully rework the Hickory Nut Drive Road Shoulders, including the driveway aprons and mitered end sections of the existing cross drain, per the construction documents.

Alternate #1:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to successfully rework the Hickory Nut parking area per the contract documents.

Alternate #2:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to successfully rework the Sweet Gum Parking Area per the construction documents.

Alternate #3:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to successfully construct all guardrails (From Sta 61+00 to Sta 67+50). If this bid alternate is not awarded, contractor shall rework road shoulders as indicated in base bid.

Installation Floater Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
