PROJECT NAME: Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSOQ) from professional

engineering firms for the Jonathan Dickinson State Park FLAP Phase I Trail.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is requesting

statements of qualifications from professional Engineering firms and their subconsultants

who are able to perform work in the State of Florida and can provide proof of current Florida

Department of Transportation (FDOT) prequalification for the following construction

engineering and inspection services: FDOT prequalification in Section 10.1 - Roadway

Construction Engineering Inspection, Section 10.3 - Construction Materials Inspection, and

Section 10.4 Minor Bridge & Miscellaneous Structures CEI. All services shall be performed in

accordance with the Scope of Services Outlined in RFSOQ Instructions Attachment III.
