The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) requests proposals for ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM SERVICE. The firm(s) selected under this contract will be responsible performing the services consistent with the requirements outlined in the solicitation document. Selection will be made on the basis of qualifications in accordance with the posted specifications found in ITB-18-019 dated June 11, 2018. Firm(s) must be properly licensed in the State of Florida at the time of submittal. The selection will be made in accordance with the Selection Criteria and bid.

RESPONSE DUE DATE: July 23, 2018, no later than 1:45PM.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTAL: Firms interested in being considered for this project should access http://www.fsdb.k12.fl.us/index.php/services/competitive-solicitations/ and then click on “Current FSDB Competitive Solicitations” and navigate to “Fire System Maintenance ITB-18-019”. RESPONDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE for checking the FSDB website for Amendments and addendum. Failure to comply with any changes published to the FSDB website may be grounds for rejecting a proposal.
