SCOPE OF WORK:

Base Bid:

 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to

construct new sewer utility connections throughout the existing campground and two

additional (future #38 & #39) campsites, and construct gravity sewer system through the

entire campground loop.

 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to

construct new utility pads with electric and water service connections at existing

campsites. Also provide two new utility pads with electric and water service to two

additional (future #38 & #39) campsites per the contract documents.

Alternate # 1:

Construct two new RV campsites (#38 & #39) in their entirety as shown on the plans and

described in these documents.

AM (CST), at the Grayton Beach State Park, 357 Main Park Road, Santa Rosa Beach,
