Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking Proposals from Vendors capable of providing Fast Track Adjusting Services in response to catastrophic events. Vendors providing the Services will be responsible for contacting policyholders and completing fully scoped and notated Xactimate estimates (Completed Packages) for low severity claims that are reasonably suited for investigation, scoping, estimation, and settlement over the phone without the need for physical inspection (Fast Track Claims). Vendors must also provide bi-lingual Adjusters (fluent in English and Spanish) to support a minimum of ten percent (10%) of assigned claims volume. Citizens will process Vendor’s Completed Packages and will remain responsible for updating reserves, written communications to policyholders, and processing and issuing payments. Vendors will also be required to maintain ownership, a lease, or other contractual arrangement for Office Space that is fully equipped and ready for all Services within 72 hours’ of a catastrophe deployment notice from Citizens. The Office Space must be sufficient to house and support all of Vendor’s Committed Adjusters within that 72 hour timeframe. Citizens does not guarantee Vendors any volume of work assignments or minimum compensation.
