The Department of Financial Services, Florida PALM Project intends to enter into an agreement with International Consulting Acquisition Corp. (ICAC) to provide subject matter expertise for the acquisition of Enterprise Resource Planning software and intergrator services to assist the Department with the negotiation of a financial management solution. As a result, DFS FL PALM ITN 1617-07 was issued and the Department received replies on January 24, 2017. The ITN is ongoing and in the final negotiation phase of the soliciation. Therefore, the Department is issuing this single source to retain the services of ICAC due to its extensive involvement and knowledge in the development of requirements of the ITN, as well as its involvment in the complex negotiations completed thus far under ITN 1617-07.

Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services shall provide relevant information no later than Thursday, March 29, 2018 @ 4:00 P.M. (ET).

If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Bid System, notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to section 120.57(3), F.S.
